We want you to be happy with your order. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs showing the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to have arrived faulty or damaged, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Products that become damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, or use after delivery are not considered faulty on arrival.
Returns
Customers may exercise their statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
Returned items should be sent back in their original condition with all original packaging.
Unless a product is confirmed to be faulty on arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely, we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in transit.
Condition of Returned Items
Customers may inspect products as they would in a physical retail store to determine their nature, characteristics, and function.
If returned items show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, any refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value where permitted by applicable consumer legislation.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Missing or damaged original packaging
- Visible wear, marks, staining, or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused during use
- Products that can no longer be sold as new
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened slime products cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival.
Products intentionally damaged, modified, or repaired by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of approval, although it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Where a return is made under statutory consumer rights, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
