Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to return any faulty or unwanted item. Once approved, we will issue a refund in line with the conditions below.

 

Unwanted item / change of mind

If you change your mind and no longer wish to keep your item, please contact us as soon as possible. You have 30 days to return the product in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Returned items must be in their original and resellable condition. Where an item is returned in a condition that shows clear signs of use and handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, we reserve the right to refuse the refund in full, or issue a partial refund reflecting any loss in value.

 

 

Damaged item (on arrival)

If you receive your product damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via email or the “Contact Us” page.

 

Please do not throw away the damaged item or the original packaging, as you may need to return the item for inspection or take photos of the item and packaging.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty on arrival, we will offer a full refund (including postage) or a replacement, which will be processed within 7 days.

 

Damage after use

We are unable to accept responsibility for, or offer refunds or replacements for, items that become damaged after delivery due to use, misuse, accidental damage, excessive force, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear. Damage occurring after use is not considered a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of items that are faulty on arrival.
